A flowing triple flight helical staircase designed for a super prime refurbishment in Holland Park.

 

This steel stair carcass supported profiled 80mm thick stone treads which were illuminated by lights recessed into the outer stringers. A slender brass handrail with a smooth satin polish encircles the three flights. Elite Metalcraft also supplied the decorative framework surrounding a silent vacuum lift. The curved steel enclosure was created to reflect the art deco style reminiscent of the work of Edgar Brandt.
